A for effort in San Antonio

So I went down to visit Chris in San Antonio while he is there for officer training! Well to be super cute he decided to take me on a date in a space needle tower over looking the city, as it spins around. As we started eating the complimentary bread we looked down and it was all moldy, and we had eaten some of it. Well we got free food (the resteraunt had only been open a week-scary!) and so our $80 dinner only cost us $10.

Death on board!

Chris had a brilliant idea to take a starfish home! After our cabin reaked so bad that the room stewarts were grossed out, the starfish had to say bye bye! 

The Glacier we never really saw

 

Titanic!

So I had a slight feeling of Titanic as we tried to take our cruise ship back to a capping glacier. Too bad the icebergs were to thick. What, when has an iceberg ever affected an ocean liner!?!?! I respected our captains decision to turn around. If you look close, those little slug things are seals!

The next day we went to Juneau! I think this was my favorite port. Here we went on the Whale Watch! It was amazing to see these huge creatures out in the middle of the ocean. The pics are a little hard to tell where the whales! Below we also saw Sea Lions out on the Bouys.

Ketchikan

Our first stop was Ketchikan. Here is where we
saw lots of Totem poles and starfish. Keep in mind the starfish, it will have an untimely death later! 

We ate a lot!
